Translate standards

One of the barriers to the implementation of standards is the fact that they are often only available in English, French, and German. SMEs (and other organizations as well) do not always have the capacity to read and fully understand these languages. Translation of standards will help SMEs to understand them better and therefore stimulate implementation. It is preferable that mirror committees formally authorize the translated standard in order to assure the quality of the translation.
